Bundle discount We do not offer any bundle discounts for ordering multiple items.
Military discount We love our Veterans. However, because verification can be very difficult, we do not offer Military Discounts at this time. We apologize. Please, sign up for our Newsletter to be notified when we do.
Price adjustments We are happy to price adjust for items that were purchased at full, original price (with no coupons, or discounts) that have dropped to a final sale price within 7 days of the original purchase. We do not offer post-purchase price adjustments for sitewide sales, promotions, or coupons that were not applied to the order at the time of purchase.

If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, or you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us.

EUROPEAN UNION DIRECTIVE ON CONSUMER RIGHTS "Distance Selling Laws" For all Buyers from the European Union consumers are given special legal protections for online purchases. You do have 14 days to return your order, however; you are responsible for all shipping expenses and additional Custom/VAT fees. You may be able to claim back any Customs/ VAT fees from the HMRC for return goods however this is the buyer's responsibility. We will not accept any returns after the 14 day period, this 14 day period starts from the day the item is delivered to you. You will be obligated to return the said item(s), or provide proof of shipment (with tracking) within 21 days otherwise your return/ exchange will be denied. This law is exempt for all perishable, personalized custom, and hygienic products. Please be sure to do your own research on these laws.

If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. However, at this time, we do not accept cancellations.

Shipping times do not include order processing. We currently have a 5 - 8 business day turnaround time unless otherwise stated.

  • Rates

We use USPS and UPS as our Shipping Carriers. Rates are calculated based on the weight/size of the item(s) you ordered and distance to you.

  • Protection/Insurance

We take the necessary steps to pack your order with care, each order is carefully wrapped and shipped using only the highest quality shipping materials. Every package is checked and labeled with fragile stickers before leaving our facility

USPS Priority Mail is an insured service up to $100

USPS First Class is not an insured service

We do not insure your order for you

  • Combined Shipping

If you would like to combine shipping on separate orders, please contact customer service with both order numbers ASAP. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service. We will try our best to accommodate the request.

If you have multiple items in one order we will automatically try to package them together unless it will pose a risk for damage. If your order is split between two, or more packages you will receive an email with tracking information for each package.

  • Damages from Shipping

We take the necessary steps to pack your order with care using only the highest quality shipping materials; checking and labeling each order with fragile stickers before leaving our facility. We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipment unless it is deemed that your item was improperly packed. In any case, we are committed to assisting our customers when shipping damage occurs and will accommodate on a case by case basis.

Depending on the shipping service you selected upon checkout; your order may qualify for a claim via USPS. If you selected Priority Mail upon checkout; your order is insured up to $100. If you selected First Class, your package was not insured.

If your order was damaged from shipping please do the following:

1. Contact us immediately, providing pictures and a description of the damage(s), as well as pictures of the box and any protective materials shipped with it. If you do not provide this within 30 days we cannot file a claim for you.

2. Please retain the item(s), the box and protective materials shipped with it. In some cases USPS will request to inspect the item further. If you throw out the box and materials we cannot file a claim for you.

3. DO NOT SHIP IT BACK! Shipping the item back will only void the insurance and we will not be able to file a claim for you.

Depending on the level of damage; your order may qualify for either full or partial reimbursement. We will inspect the damage and file a claim with USPS accordingly and provide you with the claim ID. Please note, in some cases USPS may request to inspect the claimed package further, you will be contacted via USPS by letter if this is required. If this request is not fulfilled within the allotted time your claim may be denied.

Damages from shipping are only paid out via USPS claims. It is our promise to our customers that we will always pack your order with care and will assist you during a claim process, however; we cannot be held responsible for damages that occur while in the care of the postal system. Funds from USPS claims are issued to you using the form of payment you initially chose on your order. At this time we are not set up to replace or repair damaged goods.

  • Returned to sender

If your order is returned, we will hold the item(s) and contact you immediately. If the package was returned to us due to an error in the shipping address you will be responsible for additional postage.

We have a very strict NO FORCED RETURNS policy. All Life After Death Designs products are FINAL SALE. If a package is returned to us with a request for a refund, your request will be denied, and the package will be shipped back to you.

  • Incorrect Address

If you placed an order with an incorrect address:

1. Contact us immediately with your order number and updated address. If your order has not shipped yet, we can adjust it manually. If there are any postage overages due to change of address you may need to fulfill this before shipment.

2. If your order has already been shipped to the incorrect address please, contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number that was provided. You may put in a request with USPS for a "Package Intercept Request" which will re-route the shipment to a new address.

Life After Death Designs (LAD) is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to LAD due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

In the event that LAD is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via email. If no response is received within 5 business days, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

  • Stolen/Missing Package

Life After Death Designs (LAD) promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, LAD will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with the shipping carrier and file a police report if necessary. LAD will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.

  • FPO/APO Addresses

Orders being shipped to FPO/APO addresses will be charged domestic USPS shipping rates. Please note that depending on your location orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.

Life After Death Designs (LAD) is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of a wrong FPO/APO address format or if the contents inside are prohibited at your shipping location.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.

For most APO/FPO addresses, an International Customs/Duties form is required. Please read our “International Shipping” policy on customs and duties charges below as it also applies to APO/FPO addresses.

  • International Shipping

We offer shipping to many countries outside of the United States.

We offer USPS Priority Mail International and USPS First Class International* to addresses outside of the United States. Transit on these shipments may take up to 30 days for delivery.

Shipping rates will vary depending on item weight, value and customer location. Our Shopify platform will automatically provide you with the shipping services your order qualifies for.

*USPS First Class International does NOT include shipping insurance. This means if your order is damaged from shipping, and you selected USPS First Class International as your shipping service; your order is not insured. Life After Death Designs (LAD) cannot be held responsible for any damages due to shipping on uninsured labels. LAD recommends you ship USPS Priority Mail International for International shipments which comes with $100 insurance. If you select USPS First Class International you are shipping at YOUR OWN RISK. By Placing an order to Life After Death Designs you are agreeing to these terms.


Each customer outside of the United States is responsible for any and all Customs/Duties/Tax fees due. Life After Death Designs (LAD) is NOT responsible for any Customs Fees, Duties or Taxes accrued and legally cannot assume or collect them; nor will we be responsible for undeliverable items because of a failure to pay said Custom, Duties or Taxes.

In the event of a return or exchange: Shipping costs, Customs/Duties/Taxes are NON-REFUNDABLE for International Orders.


Life After Death Designs (LAD) does not mark items as "Gift" on customs forms nor do we enter a value lower than the actual value of each item purchased.

Order processing is between 5-8 business days in addition to the shipping time (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PRE-ORDERS) For example, if you select 2-day shipping, it will be 5-8 business days + 2 days shipping. Order processing times are separate from shipping times. 

PRE-ORDERS: Sometimes we offer our products before they become commercially available with a "pre-order". Pre-orders allow you to reserve your order on new or popular products before they land. Estimated arrival for these pre-orders is outlined in the listing and updated regularly. Items that are a pre-order are titled "PRE-ORDER" in the listing name and outlined in the description.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING: Shipping rates are subject to change and may fluctuate while you wait for your pre-ordered item to arrive. In the event that the cost of shipping your pre-order increases, we will ship by the method that best matches the amount you paid. This may include a different shipping provider or service.

We are a small business and it may take us a few days to get back to you. Please check out our FAQ which is updated regularly, your question may already be answered. We look forward to assisting you! 


We have access to limited personal data for core business purposes ONLY. When you place an order with us, we will receive your name, delivery address and email address. We will ONLY use this information to process and deliver your order, or to better assist you with any queries you have related to that order. The only circumstances in which we will share your data is in processing your order or complying with the law. We will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which we may share your data are:

• With delivery companies to fulfill your order, or when filing a claim by your request.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.

We will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and will securely store any data collected during that period. We retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time we will delete your data from our records.

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
