Shipping policy

Order processing times for shipping in-stock orders is 5-8 business days unless otherwise stated in the homepage banner, or within the individual items. This does not include orders with pre-order items that have not arrived yet. During sales events or product launches, it can take 8-10 business days to process and ship orders. Please note that order processing times are in addition to the shipping times. Once your order ships, you will be emailed the tracking information to the email provided upon check out. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folders.

Shipping times may be impacted due to COVID-19 and global shipping delays.

Pre-orders
Estimated arrival times for pre-order items are outlined in the individual listing and are updated regularly. We try our best to be as accurate as possible with our estimated arrival times, however; various factors may delay incoming shipments. Rest assured, we are tracking incoming shipments daily and providing you with the most up-to-date information we have. If the delays are severe, you will be contacted via email by customer service with some options.

Orders containing pre-order items + in-stock items
Order must be shipped complete. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items. If your order has both in-stock items and pre-order items, we will pull your in-stock items and hold onto your order until the pre-ordered items arrive, and are ready for shipment. At this time, we cannot offer split orders.
