Pre-orders allow you to purchase an item while it's still in production. This means you will need to wait the production time + the transit time to receive your order. Here we will post updates regarding pre-order production times, shipping times, delays, etc. for customer tracking. Please note that production times are estimated and are subject to delays. We will post the most up-to-date information that we have here.

Mar 18th, 2025: Order has been placed, and materials have been purchased. Production time for this item is 1 month, with a 1 month transit time—projected arrival for May.
Mar 21st, 2025: Pre-order is live. The estimated wait for this product is 2-2 1/5 months.
Apr 29th, 2025: Production is wrapping up, and should be ready to ship the first week of May. Estimated arrival end of May.
May 9th, 2025: Cargoes have been forwarded to the shipping warehouse. Transit time is 22-30 days.
May 10th, 2025: Cargoes have arrived at the shipping warehouse and are en route to our destination. Transit time is 22-30 days.
May 30th, 2025: Cargoes are expected to arrive at the US port on June 4th. Customs clearance and domestic shipment are estimated to take 10 days. Estimated arrival is the 2nd or 3rd week of June.
June 5, 2025: Cargoes have arrived at the US port. Once cleared, the cargoes will be prepared for shipment to our facility.
June 9, 2025: Cargoes have cleared customs, and our shipping agent is arranging delivery to our facility.
June 12, 2025: Estimated delivery for June 15th
June 15, 2025: Cargoes have arrived and are being processed into the facility. Pre-orders will begin to ship later this week.

June 4th, 2025: Production time for batch 1 has been extended. Most of the final touches to the parts are finished, leaving us with final assembly and packaging. We expect to be done sometime next week. All customers have been contacted via email about the delay.
June 16, 2025: Production for batch 1 is wrapped. Product is being prepped for delivery.
